Maybe you like Kirk for being such a womanizer or Picard for his intelligence. I think Sisko is admirable as a single parent. Personally, I'm the least keen on Archer. What's your opinion?

I would have to say that for me it is a toss-up between Picard and Janeway. Janeway was very strong for her crew in thier time of need. As you mentioned, Richard, Picard was super intellegent. Very much a "Captain's Captain"
