Actually, you can find all of this info in the Deep Space Nine Technical Manual.


Your only challenge will be finding an affordably-priced copy, as the book is now out-of-print.  Regardless, you can probably find a decent used copy on Amazon or eBay.

Several of the roleplaying books list a number of the weapons for various ST generations of shows, along with weapons from various other cultures.
