One of Saturn's moons, Enceladus, is thought to have saltwater and some internal heating mechanism.  This might make it habitable, sort of.

Enceladus indeed has no atmosphere but water what would make it possible as source for turning it into Oxygen by a future settlement. It's also interessting to note that the vulcanos produceing vapor. Water is here stretched across the surface in tiger stripes. The vulcanos spreding the water above the moon in plumes.

Interesting.

But it also kind of sounds a bit like an description for a resort.
