Help placing quote please

I saw this quote used, uncredited on another site. It sounds Trekish to me. Can anyone tell me it's origin?

The quote in question is a quote by a man named Adrian Weill. The original quote was changed from captain to boss,

It's also from a movie but I can not place it right now.

Did Crusher say something like that in the movie "First Contact" when Picard refused to blow up the ship to stop the Borg?
