Has Jonathan Frakes not had any letters from fans to see more Star Trek movies made by Paramount Studios? It's a shame there's not been the idea for more Star Trek - Movies in the making based on Deep Space Nine characters and those in Star Trek Voyager? Why don't they make not just prequels to do with James T. Kirk's early years... Prequels to do with Deep Space Nine, and Voyager like they done with George Lucas's Star Wars movies! The early years of Benjamin Sisko, more on how he met Jennifer his wife, as they only show us a few scenes in the Pilot episode of Star Trek DS9: The Emissary? Come on Jonathan Frakes/ Please consider the fans of the Classic tv series, that not only includes ST-TOS, but also ST - TNG, ST - DS9 and ST - Voyager too! As they're not on tv anymore, except for repeats around the world! Kind regards, Enan Louise.

Depending on how big it is with VFX it certainly isn't unheard of for other VFX companies to be involved.  I can't say "Yes or no" of course, but it wouldn't surprise me.
