The Delta Quadrant... Full of the unknown, and some known.  After Captain Kathryn Janeway brought the crew of the USS Voyager back from the Delta Quadrant.  The Federation decided to open up exploration of the Delta Quadrant.  With that they needed a base out there for ship crews to have to go to.  So they put one there.

In the year 2384 Starbase 821 "Concord Station" was built in the Delta Quadrant as a waypoint, pitstop, and listening post for things going on in the Delta Quadrant. 

A year later the CO got a transfer so a new CO was given command of Concord Station.  Captain Karl St. John moved his family of 6 from his old command to his new one in the Delta Quadrant.  It was a big move for his family, but he feels it was the best.

We also have a Delta Quadrant Branch of Starfleet Academy on our station and are searching for Faculty and Cadets.  Also come in as a Senior in the Academy and you can also hold a Junior Officer position.
