Allegedly I have 8 minutes left until it downloads. Sometimes it seems to count backwards, so I'm not completley sure.

Yea... it takes a while (they limit how fast the downloads are.) And than after the initial install, it'll take a while to do updates.

Okay, so far, my name is Anthony Patricks (cpt0krk0wnab), captain of the U.S.S Hydra. My current rank is Grade 2 Lieutenant. So far I'm loving it! STO is awesome! Oh, and I'm also a Tactical Officer. I joined a fleet, but I decided I want to leave it. I couldn't figure out how, so I asked on the 'Fleets' page.
