Season 2 Blu Ray out-of-print?

The only place I buy anything from online is Amazon and I haven't seen it on there in the last year.  I own all of Trek on DVD, except the newest movie which I have on Blu Ray.  Now that TNG is coming out I figured I'd better start updating my collection before I fall behind, but like I said... season 2 appears to be OOP.  Is it OOP or do I just miss it whenever Amazon restocks?  If it is OOP then is there a reason?
