Personaly I'm torn between Holodeck and a food replicator. (One rule, you can't say the enterprise!)

That's old news. The military has been using it for nearly a decade, at least. I'm certain civillian doctors are using them by now.

But as far as 2 technologies... I'm undecided between transporter, holodeck, and LCARS (a real LCARS OS, not just a look-alike GUI thrown on top of Windows).

imagine. No car emmisions, no plane crashes or car accidents, we can transport food and supplies right to the source of a disaster, no worries about food donations getting stolen on the way to the people who need it. We could live anywhere we wanted and work anywhere we were needed.

I would have to go with the communicator. To be able to talk with someone in whatever language they speak would be great, and also it would be more effective than a cell phone since it would be harder to lose.
