Quark is my favourite regular cast memeber. Each character had his or her good features, but I think the Quark was the character that, for me, developed and grew the most over the seven seasons. My favourite recurring cast member is Ducat (or Dukat, I never know).

Odo: Tell me, Worf, do they still sing songs of the Great Tribble Hunt?

RStar17 I agree wif u about Quark, but voted Ben cus it like how all old ppl say citizen Kane best movie of all time but then they have another movie they like better, Quark def my fav n' best 4 show, but Ben my fav capt. n' fav. trek char wif possible exeption of Data, but Quark #3 and best 4 show, Show cud do well if any other captain from another show was captain but DS9 would no be ds9 wifout Quark & especially Quark and Odo dynamic

Favorite DS9 Character, hands down is Quark. Every word out of his mouth, makes me laugh. Is extremely loyal to family, Moogie and Rom. Comments are money-grubbing or sexist. Like Captain Sisko once said, he has his own set of rules and he follows them. I love whenever he is on screen!

Isn't it funny that a non-military, non-Starfleet character was the most-popular person on DS9? Doesn't that tell you something about possible future characters?

I voted for Keiko O'Brien (other). I think when she accidentally fell off that ledge, that took courage for her actress to do. I like her nice personality. I do think her character could've been developed more if she had used her botany skill to position plants in many places of DS9.
