Worf, he is probably my overall favorite of both DS9 and TNG, he had some of the best episodes based around him and the Klingons.

Ezri. Less boring than some of the others, and slightly less irritating than the rest. Also dynamic, which is more than I can say for a lot of Trek characters.

My favoritest character would be Dukat. I love him! But also: Jadzia, Julian, Garak, Legat Damar, and I Love Weyoun.

I agree with Gawain VIII.  O'Brien is the head of engineering on a huge station, and apparently has quite a number of people under him.  We saw three shifts with at least half a dozen people in each.  So why isn't he an officer?  He should have been at least a lieutenant, and third in command.  Hard to believe a wet-behind-the-ears doctor giving him orders.
