I was watch Voyager yesterday and now have idea plz u will read

One normal day, is nightshift on bridge and janeway is there, and Tuvok is there, and Harry is there, and Chakotay is there, and Paris drive ship, all is normal but is night shift and is silent and happy.

And then suddenly all light go off, is now dark, and Tuvok say "why light is off?" and chakotay say "captain?" and silence.... and then chakotay get flashlight and point to captain chair BUT IT EMPTY, JANEWAY NO THERE

and Harry scared and but then he see something in corner of bridge IT IS RED EYES, 2 RED GLOWING EYE LOOK AT HIM AND HE MORE SCARED AND SAY "WHAT IS??" and all bridge look at corner and Chakotay put flashlight at corner BUT NOTHING THERE, THEY ONLY HEAR SCURRY SOUND AND CREATURE IS NOW SCURRY ACROSS CELING

and tuvok say "curious" and scan with tricorder and say "tricorder say creature is... no, how can be?" AND SUDDENLY CREATURE JUMP FLY ACCROSS BRIDGE LIKE IN MOVIE ALIEN AND HARRY SEE IT, IT IS JANEWAY, JANEWAY IS NOW HEAD WITH TENTACLE AND RED GLOW EYES AND ATTACH TO HARRYS FACE AND BEGIN RIP HIM TO BITS AND HARRY SCREAM and tuvok continue scan AND ALLBRIDGE HEAR HARRY SCREAM "GGAAAHHHHHHEHAILF" AND HE IS RIPPED, HE IS RIPPED TO BITS AND EATED ALIVE BY JANEWAY and janeway flail tentacles as eat Harry

and then chakotay aim flashlight at Janeway AND SHE LOOK AT CHAKOTAY AND SAY "ESEBED? ESEBED????" AND JUMP FLY ONTO CHAKOTAY and chakotay pray to spirits to save him BUT THEY NO HELP, JANEWAY EAT HIM ALIVE and tuvok cower in fear and say "plz no im too young" AND JANEWAY SAY "U FOOL YOU ARE 100 YEAR OLD" AND EAT HIM ALIVE AS VULCANBURGER she bring bbq and cook him alive after rip to bits

AND THEN SHE LOOK AT PARIS AND SAY "ESEBED????" and Paris say "where to captain?" and try to make friend, as if everything normal, paris just want to drive ship, but Janeway say "oh, you can come with me TO KITCHEN FOR EATED ALIVE" AND SHE RIP HIM TO BITS AND EAT PARIS ALIVE

and then Janeway go down to Mess Hall and find Neelix and Neelix say hi, and Janeway is now with body again, and say hi, and smile to Neelix and Neelix say "what can cook for you captain?" and Janeway say "oh i will have a stew" and Neelix say "right away" BUT THEN JANEWAY RIP OWN HEADA FROM BODY AND IS NOW HEAD WITH TENTACLE AND SHE FLY ONTO NEELIX AND EAT HIM ALIVE AND MAKE HIM INTO STEW and then crew come to mess hall for breakfast and see janeeway cook and she say "oh neelix is busy so i cook" and crew eat meal, is good meal, allcrew like it, and  ask "mmm what is?" and janeway say "oh is stew, nelix put everything he had into it" and crew want to thank Neelix BUT HE EATED, HE EATED BY THEM AS STEW

Guess that makes as much sense as Tom Paris building a ship that can accelerate to infinite velocity in his spare time, that has the unfortunate side effect of turning him into a lizard thing, kidnapping Janeway, turning her into a lizard thing and making lizard babies.

The first part of your story--about the lights going out and some crewmembers missing--sounds interesting.  But, I didn't like the part about cannibalism.

Maybe you could change it to having some intruder slipping on (when the lights were out, or at the last refueling stop?) and having it be a creature that either devoured unlucky members of the crew or shot them out of an airlock or something, before being discovered.

before crew was on planet, and Janeway also on away team, and Janeway go explore cave, and she think nothing in Cave because tricorder say nothing BUT SOMETHING IN THERE and Janeway go in cave, and she hear scurry sound, she scared, AND THEN TENTACLE GRAB JANEWAY AND INFEST HER IT GO INSIDE HER LIKE IN MOVIE THE THING WITH KURT RUSSEL and then she come out of cave, but is not same janeway, is now clone of janeway and real janeway left in cave

and janewaything is now pretent to be janeway, has allmemory and act like her BUT IS NO LONGER JANEWAY SHE IS NOW JANEWAYTHING and not even doctor know

and real janeway is eated alive by bearthing THERE IS BEARTHING IN CAVE it hungry, it eat her alive

I don't think your story will do well if you kill off the popular captain and main characters.  If they were just abducted or trapped in some physical phenomenon (like a timewarp) from which they could escape and return, you might have a story.  But, you won't have one, if you kill them off.

it would be a good "End" story though, for me that is and i even LIKED that crew

i might even like it if it happened on TNG and you know how I feel about TNG!

You forgot about the Cosmic Magic Reset button all Trek characters have. No matter how bad the situation, no matter how many die, there's always an out where there are no consequences to deal with so the next episode can proceed without any after effects of this one.
