PLUS, Data died an effing boss with B-4 as a back-up on the Enterprise.

Capt. Kirk fell off a damn bridge, said "oh my" and went on to eternity. Yeah, yeah, he helped save lives. *flips a table and stomps out the thread*

I think it's actually an alright movie. I mean, I agree when people say it's got it's flaws but it also has it good moments. The wedding scene was nice and Data sang because he wants to be human. Singing and music is massive part of human nature and Brent Spiner did that scene really well.

In all it's the best TNG movie there is. And that battle with The Enterprise with the two warbirds fighting the Scimitar was just awesome. I was also surprised when Kate Mulgrew (Janeway) made an appearance. That was good (Voyager is my fav series).

Because he came with the promise of being able to offer her political advancement. I don't think she really liked him so much at all.

I don't find nemesis all that bad, kind of funny too see Bane (batman) as a skinny bllheaded sick guy in nemesis, granted I am bias cause I don't like the data getting killed off thing

It was sad to see Data die -- as far as I see it the character is more than just as machine, as much as any of us are. However while there are some parallels between his death and Kirk's, Spiner at least made a very relevant point that he was supposed to be playing a character who did not age, and yet -- since he (Spiner) is not an android -- he was aging. I give Brent Spiner his kudos for at least being willing to acknowledge that point in some fashion.

I think because it´s kinda like the TOS Episode "The Enemy Within" in TNG, and ¡¿why the Romulans didn´t notice that the Remans was buliding this "Doomsday Machine" and why did they attack Earth and dindn't take the WHOLE EMPIRE?!

Shinzon should have been played by Stewart in a duel role for a better realization of the character for the audience. Shinzon came off like an angry long lost son pissed off or something...which did not really work.

The interior fight scenes with the Remans unable to hit data or Picard was very bad. I've tried to give that a pass but it bothers me every time I see it.

All in all I like the movie and even with the crew going different ways I'm left wanting more. I remember thats the first thing I thought when it ended the first time. wow they cant end this great crew like that. I accept it but I wish there was a better sendoff.

This is so true.

The one big fault with Nemesis is that Shinzon is supposed to be a clone. An exact replica physically of Picard. He wasn't. That blew the whole premise from the beginning for me.

I quite enjoyed it though and am looking foward to watching it again now.

Yeh watched that last night. His delivery was awful. I like him as an actor though.

Didn't they have big problems in the previews because no one could understand what he was saying?

I think it was revoiced. Terrible mix. He was louder than everyone else and there was no ambience on his voice track.

He seems good in the occasional BBC period drama -- perhaps those are his forte.
