Scimitar. All it has to do is stand back and fire its thalaron weapon. Poof, everybody else is dead!

With it's primary and secondary shields, advanced cloak (could use weapons, shields, and warp while cloaked), thalaron weapon, and Scorpion attach fighters, I think Scimitar would have an edge. It'd likely be between that, the Borg cube, and 8472's bioship.

The Big E, obviously. They always win.

i stand corrected. the scimitar. theleron would destroy a borg cube. with the advanced cloaking and supieror speed...the romulans should have went after the borg home world

enterprise-e - during teh whole fight hides behind an asteroid and ambushes and destroys the klingons with a salvo of quantum torpedoes

voyager - destroyed by the borg

defiant - destroyed by the jem hadar

Spock's Jellyfish - gets destroyed first

Cardassian Keldon class - destroyed by the enterprise     Jem'Hadar beetle-like ship - destroys the scimitar Borg cube - destroyed by species 8472   Species 8472 bioship - destroys the borg, but destroyed by voyager. Reman Warbird Scimitar - destroyed by the jem hadar and klingons

Klingon Negh'Var warship - teams up with jem hadar to destroy scimitar, destroyed the jem hadar   ENTERPRISE wins.

Not sure how well thaleron would affect a bioship, but considering a small box of it turned a room of people to stone then dust, it'd probably be effective enough on the living parts of a bioship to cause damage. I think the main advantage would be firing when cloaked.

The Enterprise E has managed to take down a lot of other ships through tactics and Picard's knowledge (in the Borg's case, knowing where to hit them), so I think they'd be a close second. They'd probably get out of the heavy fighting and let everyone else hammer each other, or manage to convince a group to work together or something.

The Scimitar is the best armed and can fire while cloaked, Enterprise E has beaten the best, as has the Defiant and Voyager. The Klingons also have the ability to fire while cloaked, and will literally fight tooth and nail if need be, and that Species 8472 is always fearsome, but they have their vulnerabilities, the Borg cube, also very powerful, but again I have seen the Federation ships find ways to beat them time and time again. 

I notice the USS Prometheus is not listed here in the fight, that would also be a heavy favorite.
