For me it's Sulu, especially the shirtless running down the halls with a sword part.... I can't tell you the naughty things I did to myself with that image in mind.

And the fact that we now know he's gay, does not make it any less hot.

Okay! When it first came on in 1966 I was ten & I was in love with only Spock. Now I'm older and I've stopped trying to change the man in my life -- I gotta say Kirk was hot!! What was I thinking. Spock would be too high maintenance!

and Sex with Spock or Kirk...? No contest!
