Seven was awesome! Not only was she sexy, she was brilliant!

Seven, by far and even with looks aside Jeri Ryan seems like a very nice person too from what I can tell.

Janeway for sure, her specialty was science and she captained one of the most difficult missions.  In addition, to the outwardly hot stuff, she actually looked really good.
