Duuuudes, as has been said, they woul dhave to do Space Seed, NOT Wrath of Khan. No KHAAAAAN!!!, no Spock dying.

However, I feel Khan has already been done and done well. If Abrams and team are so good, let them do something original instead of reinventing a well oiled wheel. I've kept hoping they weren't doing Khan but are being original, or at least developing an old story which could use to be retold better than before.

I don't think Khan can be retold as well as it has been done and no one else can have the charisma of the original.

Hmmmm. I enjoyed the new movie, I really did, but I'm not sure I like this whole idea. Yes things will be different, but still, it's the same villain...

I dunno.

I liked the last movie ok, wasn't crazy about them changing the story like that. Blowing up Vulcan? Highly illogical. Then again, the Romulans have been known to experiment with time travel, so I guess I can accept that. I heard rumor that in addition to Kahn there will be Klingons, one can only hope.

Never drink with your enemies! Well, maybe just one round...

It was awfully convienent they suddenly knew what Romulans looked like and that they shared a common ancestry with Vulcans in the last movie given that Balance of Terror was supposedly the first time anyone saw a Romulan.

This has been debunked and thrown to the wind.

Spock knew they shared a common ancestry then in that too. He didn't have to see them to know that, Romulans are part of Vulcan history.
