Today is May 1--May Day--which is the Communists' big day (for parades) and means "help!" to aviators.


Friday is a big day for Star Wars people:  They will be saying, "May the Fourth be with you!"


And, Saturday is Cinco de Mayo, Mexican independence day (I think).

Also some cultures mark "May Day" as the traditional beginning of Spring. (the word for Help Me is spelt M'aidez, though.)
