I recall someone saying at the trials after the eugenic wars "If Kahn Noonien Singh came here and ordered you to buy a Cordoba, you would do it!" the guy that will stand in Montalban's shoes will have to have the same kind of personality

Knowing if it's Khan and Klingons, or for seeing the movie?

because I'm sure the early trailer will release/confirm that info.

Glad you agree..so many times it appears LOL

Must be a StarTrek.com glitchy.

There does seem to be serious doubt now that Leonard Nimoy is in the movie...maybe the big spoilers are all false at this point and merely playing into the persistent rumors.
How ever if it is Khan, as long as it's an original story line just using these characters I have no problem with it.
Cumberbatch does not even remotely look like Khan, there is nothing that says he can't be another crew member of the Botany Bay if indeed they are going in that direction.

It's actually too coincidental that these "leaks" came out the same day as the new Dark Knight trailer did.

Like as if JJ was saying to Nimoy; "Hmmm, why don't you Tweet something up about the new movie so that people know we're still relevant."

righhht...if its anything but kahn from TOS type of character than i will be soar and hurt at the diss on KAAAHHHHHHHHN! and ricardo mantalban(rip). but im guessin its only klingons..(i hope). kahn an klingons thats an overload on poor kirk an all his field promoted cohorts. LOve the Trek no matter what live long and prosper V

If it's true, sounds like they're just going to screw Star Trek up even more than it is with this alternate reality.....

We need to get back to the "Prime" Star Trek. (Although I don't mind the Mirror universe.... what would a mirror Kahn be like?)

Well for me I just like Star Trek, I could care less if they re-use story lines, characters, etc., I am sure though it will be a very good movie, look at all the new fans it brought in by doing an alternate universe/timeline. As long as there is a solid blend of action, drama and the quick comedic line or two it should be very enjoyable.
