The IKS Ki'tang (a Klingon Bird-of-Prey) survived the Breen weapon thanks to a chance modification made by the Chief Engineer. After that the entire Klingon fleet made the same modification, so they were totally immune.

A Romulan wars movie would interest me, provided as someone said it wasn't too soapy but equally was consistent with the original Trek

I'm sure you could make it attractive to non-hardcore Trekkies

You know, if you don't want to discuss "Pie-in-the-sky" ideas about Star Trek, then go to another thread. It's nice to speculate, to "what if" things. Are any of our ideas going to make it to tv or the movies? I doubt it. But everyone that has ideas and thoughts and wants to discuss them should be able to on a STAR TREK WEBSITE without being bashed and put down and made to look like morons by certain parties. I have lots of ideas on things I'd like to have seen or see in the future, and if you don't want to discuss it, then please go elsewhere and let us fans discuss.

Ahh, Kirk, my old friend. Do you know the Klingon proverb which tells us revenge is a dish that is best served cold? It's very cold....in space.

The most recent movie WAS a war with the Romulans, but I get your point, though I think a series based after the events of Nemesis would be better, that way you get years (hopefully) instead of just hours.

Never drink with your enemies! Well, maybe just one round...

>Talking about Romulans... Would you like to see the Early Years Of Tasha Yar's daughter, when Tasha from the alternate 24th century went back throught time onboard the USS Enterprise C, after the death of Captain Rachel Garrett, she helped defeat the Romulans, saved the Klingons back there, but was later captured by a Romulans who she eventually had a baby with? I wonder/ Was one of the Romulans back then in the 23rd century the actaul same Romulan Scientist that Captain Janeway and her crew met in the episode of Star Trek - Voyager, about a micro-wormhole that Harry kim found that brought them in contact with a Romulan Science Vessel and a time displacemnet wave within the wormhole itself? so what so you think, OULD A NEW TREK SHOW ABOUT TASHA YARS TIME TRAVELLING YEARS ON THE USS ENETERPRISE C, A GOOD FORMAT FOR A NEW PREMISE, STORY THAT COULD BE CONTINUED FROM YESTERDAY'S ENTERPRISE STORY?? Thnaks for any reply, Enan Louise.

You're remembering incorrectly. The Enterprise-C failed to save the Klingon colony, and the ship and her crew were captured by the Romulans. That's how Tasha ended up on Romulus.

No, you're remembering incorrectly. The Enterprise C DID stop the Romulans at Narendra 3. This was a big part of what sealed the peace between the Federation and the Klingon Empire. It was the alternate timeline where the C was pulled into the future where they failed. When they went back through the rift, taking Tasha with them, the timeline was restored.

They failed to save the colony, but the Klingons were impressed by their "honorable" sacrifice. At least, that's what I think was implied. It was made pretty clear that the Enterprise-C was outnumbered and outgunned.

I was thinking that they saved the colony, but were destroyed in the process. Kind of a win by sacrifice thing. I could be mistaken. My apologies.

You're thinking of Khitomer. The Enterprise-C was at Nerandra-III.

And yes, you'd think Ja'rod would have gotten off before the Romulans attacked. Maybe he tried and the Romulans shot his ship down.

There was actually a guy who planned to make a movie about this right after Enterprise was cancelled, but Paramount wouldn't let it go through. They said it would have failed because the main characters weren't in a TV series.

But yeah, If there was a movie about Archer and the Romulan Wars I would see it and I think it would be a hit!
