My thoery is that mirror Miles"Smiley"O'Brien had some help section 31 for reason want Terrion Rebal able build Defaint class warship I like hear other thoeries. Same goes with how Terrion able build a Defaint class warship.

I doubt Section 31 would have gotten involved, but it is odd that the rebels built the Defiant so quickly after taking Terok Nor.

As for how "Smiley" got access to the Starfleet database...since he's biologically identical to prime O'Brien, I don't think it would have been too hard. Plus, maybe his computer had a "forget your password?" option.
