Hey Guys just wanted to know your thoughts on this, apprantly they was a season 5 in the wroks but unforturnaly it was cancelled but we were treated with what might have been the refit of the nx class http://drexfiles.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/nx01_refit_diagram_r01lo1.jpg . Some one on trekbbs made this http://i581.photobucket.com/albums/ss257/brandomack/NX01_Refit_Altered.jpg which he must of read my mind because this would be a another good refit to the nx class. Personally this should be the last design for the nx class if ENT continued.

I would have liked to see a top view of the altered version. It looks nice from the sides, though it loses a lot of the NX-01's charm.

I think that if season 5 had happened, they should've stuck to the original design. I never really liked the refit, though I imagine I would have warmed to it eventuallly.

I dont think they would have refited the Enterpeise itself.But maybe we would have seen a new ship with the refit look

It contains the "Stage 3 Plasma Accelerators", according to this schematic.

I'm going with other. The NX refit is a bit too much. I wouldn't mind abandoning the majority of the secondary hull and scaling it back to section directly connected to the pylons.

My vote would go to the Drex Files version. LOved it since I first saw it on the calander. Not to mention you can still see the original NX in the design.

The only thing I questioned about the NX-01 refit was the size of its secondary hull. I loved it besides that... well, and the fact we we're never likely to see it on television.
