I would definitely choose a replicator.  I like traveling, so a transporter wouldn't be a big deal for me.

A replicator. Oh the fun!

Definately a Transporter, I can still cook on a regular stove.

A replicator would be much more useful, all the time!

But, a transporter would at least help you avoid the commute to work!

Question:  Could the transporter beam waves around large cities become so crowded that two people's data streams  would intersect?  That could be rather messy.

If you're allowed to do this, I would get a transporter and modify it to also work as a replicator.

I don't think that you are allowed to do that, so I would pick the replicator. Probably. The more I think about it, the more I'm not sure. A replicator would be really useful. No more doing dishes! Also, whatever I wanted for dinner I could have right when I want it.

Replicator! Of course, this would completely ruin the grocery store industry, but it would open hundreds of new jobs in the mechanics industry and factory jobs. Someone has to make these things.

I'd rather have a replicator because then I could replicate a transporter (among othert things like a new wardrobe to wear where ever I transport to...lol).

I say Replicator because if your in a hurry and need something fast  to eat you can get it right there
