There are LOTS of DS9 books.  It would be impossible to count them all.  Check memory-beta.

I recommend "Unity" which involves the return of Sisko and Bajor joining the Federation.

I reckon start with Avatar before you go on to any other relaunch novels (like Unity) ~~ They all build on each other and you might end up a little confuzzled.

That, and there are plenty of numbered novels and other books. Ones that I could absolutely recommend to anyone (even if their tastes are not the same as mine) are A Stitch in Time and Hollow Men.

Also in spite of what some people say, you should give some of the early relaunch series a go, and see what you think of it.

DS9 has become far less recognizable than the other novel series with so many characters moving on in their lives and the situation in that sector being so different.  If you read the relaunch series as opposed to the earlier numbered novels, you do have to be prepared for change.

Those are great. I also have a copy of The Game although have not read it yet. I think I've cleaned out every second hand bookshop in Dunedin and Christchurch of DS9 books! lol.
