That's good! Try drinking plenty of water before bedtime, or whenever you feel the urge to eat, if you haven't already. Sometimes dehydration can lead to hunger so it's good to always have a bottle of water at hand.

Also be sure to time when it is you get hungry at night. If you stay up really late it might be okay to have a little something, as long as it's just a two to three hour gap before you go to bed (also depending on what you eat). If you go to bed right after munching on something it could add to your calorie intake, and whenever some goes to sleep their metabolism slows down considerably so it's harder for the body to burn off that weight.

A  small glass of milk might also suffice, but only if you don't have an allergic reaction to lactose. It has a wee bit of calories but not enough to make a significant impact on a young persons weight gain. Besides a warm glass of milk is always a soothing drink to have.

water only makes you pee before bed time and get up every hour till all your water is gone.

if you want to lose weight try Greentea.

Ahh, Kirk, my old friend. Do you know the Klingon proverb which tells us revenge is a dish that is best served cold? It's very cold....in space.

Just watched Star Trek (the "new movie") while cleaning my keyboard. Oh, the humanity! It hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. It's a miracle that it was even working, it was so shmegged up.

I am nursing two sick kittens (guardia and an ear infection) at the same time. *sigh* Wish I was Doc McCoy and could just wave my saltshaker over them, give them two pills, and send them on their way.

But I still can't get the upcoming Star Trek movie off my mind, not even with the new Hobbit trailer blaring in front of me.

I'm going to respond to the politics discussions. I dont believe in politics. I learned in high school the inner workings of politics. Make empty promises to get elected and do the oppisite of what you promise. Try and prove me wrong. Thats how it works. Oh yeah, fishsticks are bad for you on tuesday while wearing blue. Thats my random thought.
