Dreem24, Kirk was in no way a realistic commander. A real star fleet would have court martialed him a dozen times. According to realism, Picard is probably the winner... but not the most interesting to watch on television.

Ben Sisko is one of the best captain of starfleet. He's smart, able to adapt and best of all he can sing. He's the everyday kind of captain, one who lives the somewhat simple life of a starfleet officer.
