Is the Genesis-series for real or just hoax? It's on IMDB.

The only thing I could find from a Google search (other than the TNG episode and references to the Genesis Device) was a Facebook page for it.

It looks like it might be an internet fan series.

As has been written many, many, many times on this message board in the past:

There are no plans for a new series in the works at CBS. Absolutely, positively none. If there was anything being seriously considered, you would hear about it through official channels, not thorugh some random rumbling rumor mill.
