>Okay, now that I have a moment that I'm but busy... Frustrated, that article you posted about what Obama "has" to answer for? It's beyond me how you can take it seriously, even more so how you expect me to. Conservatives like to say that Romney doesn't have to reveal tax records because it's not required by law, and yet you post an article saying that Obama MUST disclose a bunch of things which are also not required by law. The one exception is his birth certificate... which Obama had already disclosed. |
Exactly, so what give the right for the Obama administration and all his cronies to DEMAND Romney provide something not required by law then?
|
I guess that depends on what the Bush lovers thought they had the right to make huge issues about things that their hero Bush himself never revealed...
|
This result is consistant with the Obamaites answer to everything.
"Bush.... blah, blah, blah"
Bush isn't running, or in office...
|
Oh, right, because you guys aren't doing the same exact thing with Obama. "Obama... blah blah blah." Yeah, whatever.
"Obamaites." Cute. I suppose it never occured to you that arguing against Romney is not actually arguing for Obama?
Whether or not Bush is in office or running is irrelevant. The point was that Republicans are trying to do to Obama the same exact things that Democrats tried doing to Bush.

>It's quite humorous how the conservatives say no gaffes happened and then make excuses for them. |
It is quite "frustrating..." when you have to defend falisies made up. Do you expect the Romney camp to just let it pass?
|
No, I expect Romanics to make up more lies and continue to ignore actual issues.
|
Just what "issues" are "they" ignoring?
|
Let's see, how about things like universal health care, illegal immigration, the economy. You know, the things that actually matter? But as far as the Democrat/Republican-influenced liberal/conservative (read: corporate) media is concerned, dwelling on minor inconsequential mistakes that are often made out of simple ignorance (read: gaffes) are more important than the things that actually influemce us.

>How long will it take for Americans (and folks in most other developed countries) to finally understand that the major media is not liberal or conservative - it is corporate. Commercialism has totally ovetaken unbiased discussion of public affairs (news). And they feed us their propaganda constantly! This is how they control elections. Corporations continue their constant agenda to control government, and they are succeeding, so far.

Another thing to be watchful of is not only what they say, but what they don't say and don't cover...
For example, when that ProRegressive gay rights activist comes in and opens fire with a gun at the Family Research Council, I hardly saw any mention of it by the lamestream propoganda machine, and in the very few stories that was written, none of them that I saw mentioned the gunman's agenda - only that the FRC was listed as a "hate group" by the Southern Law Poverty Center.

Of course, most of us can identify hundreds of similar examples.

What's funny is that even Arthur Brisbane, public editor of the New York Times, had to come clean. He dedicated his final column to criticizing the paper of liberal bias. According to Brisbane, progressivism “bleeds through” the paper.

As a few people have tried to point out, the media is corporate. The same ads run in between "news" segments on FOX and MSNBC. The same ads are printed in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. There is no difference in where the money is coming from. Just like with the government. Special interest groups and lobbyists own both political parties. If the media were truly liberal, they would be pushing for candidates like Ralph Nader, not Obama.
That said, you know how if you're at the North Pole you can only go south? If you're on the far-right then everything seems "liberal."

Did I say you were extreme or hateful? Why do you ignore any information that negates your original argument and then act like you're a victim?

I dont believe anything that the media, liberal or conservative, puts out anymore. Come to think of it, I don't like politics at all.

These were handed out at the Democrat Convention.... it was supposed to be a prank, but the lamestream propoganda machine didn't understand it and wanted them (they were free.)
But of course they don't understand that a real media isn't "for" anyone.... just the truth.
