The Wrath of Khan. It has action, suspense, humor and great character moments. What more can you ask for from a movie?

I enjoyed The Search for Spock for what it was.

Star Trek -Wrath of Khan, Voyage home,  Undiscoverd Country, First Contact then 2009

Although Star Trek 2009 has a ton of flaws it is a great movie.

Star Trek IV is my favorite, but I like to watch them all.

TWOK, with TFF a close second

I know it's not popular, but TFF would probably be first if it wasn't for all that nonsense in Yosemite at the beginning - oh and the fact that surely if the Enterprise was in that much of a mess, they'd surely have had Kirk assume command of another ship that worked...

My favorite one would be Star Trek IV--The Voyage Home. The 2009 one was pretty good, though.

The Undiscovered Country. Not a single flaw that I can think of - great character moments, exciting space battle, thrilling music, good villain (Khan is overrated in my opinion), good theme, and nice visual effects.

After TUC would be Generations, then First Contact, then...I don't know. They were all great!

Hey, I liked Generations! It had good themes, expanded both Picard's and Data's characters, and had a great villain that we can relate to.
