For me, it's gotta be when Data dies. It's the culmination of his development over 15 years. Amazing.

Too many favorites. The very first one that comes to mind, however, is from First Contact.

Worf: "Assimilate THIS!" *BOOM*

My favorite moment was in Generations when Data is trying to be funny and he pushes Beverly off the boat lol XD

Yes. That's tops. 

For me, the best scene in the TNG movies is simple:

With all of the special effects and action sequences that the TNG films had...I stand at attention and get goosebumps every single time (literally) the scene in First Contact comes on where Lilly barges in on Picard and they have it out. Stewart's acting is fantastic in this scene, and the sheer gravity of the moment and what Picard is going through is awesome. Many of the other elements mentioned here are also great from an action or comedy standpoint, but from the moment she walks into the observation lounge to the apology Picard issues to Mr. Worf...that is TNG's BEST cinematic moment as far as I'm concerned. Hands-down.

No action, no special effects, no silly or sappy humor. Just two great actors going head-to-head in an electrically charged scene. That's some great stuff right there.

When I think of the TNG movies, I immediately think of the confrontation scene with Picard and Lily. It was so well done, and the acting was superb. This is most definitely my favorite scene, because of all the emotions and everything. It's just great, and in my opinion the best scene out of all the TNG movies.

IK right? How could Beverly stay mad at Data for so long lol!? He was only being his curious self 

And the look on Data's face when Geordi tries to explain to him that what he did just wasn't funny!

I always feel so sorry for Data at that moment (even though I laugh). His face... he looks so terribly stricken!

Here's another favorite TNG movie moment that I like in Insurrection.

Beverly: Data what do you think we should do?

Data: SAddle up. (prepares gun) Lock and Load.

(The funny thing is when ever I lock the door too my car I always say lock and load even before I found out Data said that quote lol )

LOL I was laughing in tears while watching Data do that  Although I feel sorry for Data because he thought he had his comedic moment until everyone looks at him odd. I also liked Worf's reaction as well
