Who is your most HATED Trek character of all time?

I'm not going to consider Khan, Chang, Kai Winn, Dukat, or any of the other great villains, because I love them all. 


The characer I despise the most is Neelix the ugly, hairy, irritating, stupid, space-truck driving pedophile. 


Other characters I hate include Harry Kim and Kes.  Chakotay I could care less about.  I wasn't crazy about Janeway and B'lanna Torres either.  Didn't hate them, but didn't like them much either.
