You can take a screen shot in-game by hitting the PrtScn ("Print Screen") button on your keyboard.

Here are mine. All males wear long pants and female can wear tight or long pants. I change between each one depending on the color of the bridge. Spelled Captain's wrong.

They seem to have really changed around the color scheme. Command is both red & green flipped for captain & first officer. Security/tactical is back to red instead of yellow. Pants are 1 color for male (black gray or white), 2 for female (including department color).

You can actually create any color scheme you want for you crew. ANd the uniform has a huge level of customization.
