That's the correct icon. Did you have an enemy selected when you tried it? I think it only works if you're targeting somebody.

Actually... it worked in the last scenario and I hadn't targeted an enemy.  I have no clue why.

I'm not sure what you mean by "showing up on your avatar". Keep in mind that a "promotion" only happens every ten levels (10, 20, 30, etc).

Correct. On my avatar - it looks exactly like when I first created him as an ensign.... It has only a single bar on the chest for a rank. I'm now a Commander-29 and I still have a single bar on the chest... (maybe it's because I didn't do anything with a new uniform when I was promoted?)

Here's my avatar

Notice the rank?

(Note:  I just hit level 30.)

It's kind of hard to see in that picture. Follow the link and grab the picture of your guy's head. http://www.startrekonline.com/character_profiles/my_characters

^^ I finally figured it out....  You do have to go to the tailor and make the adjustment manually.  (It didn't cost anything for that change.)

Yeah, it takes a while for that to happen. It'll work eventually.

So... Does the exploration of the Delta Volanis Cluster ever end?  It seems like they just keep getting the same few missions over and over and over (they may just use different system names.)

There's a bunch of preset missions, but the environments and enemies are randomly generated. The text also changes in most cases. The "Explore the Delta Volanis Cluster" (and all such missions) end after you complete three of those.

Actually.... after you do three and contact Starfleet, it spawns another "Explore the Delta Volanis Cluster."  I could just deny it, but I was thinking that they'd only have so many of them and if you explore it all.... something else opens up?

Not as far as I know. Can you still turn in the mission when you've completed it?

Yep - even get skill points and sometimes dilithium.  I wouldn't be surpised that if I dropped it or just didn't accept it again, I wouldn't be able to get it back.

Okay - I've noticed that when I play the Academy episode, that when we fight against the holographic simulation of the Klingon, some players have kicked their opponent.  I haven't been able to figure out how to do that.  Anyone know?
