I have had some issues with the graphics quality. The game suggested I update my drivers, so I did, but it only made it worse. I was able to uninstall the update but it just went back to its original crappy graphics. I play WoW on this machine without any issues, so I can't figure out the issue.

I started a ticket with tech support 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a response. I'm not sure what to do.

I really want to enjoy this game. but it has been troublesome at best.

You have tried setting the FX quality to high, right? Or is that making your computer run badly?

I experienced a similar problem when I got the game. I was able to increase the amount of virtual memory the computer was allowed to access, and it's been working fine ever since.
