I was recently re-watching Season 3 Episode 19 "Throught the Looking Glass" which special guest starred ST Voyagers Tim Russ as Tuvok from the mirror universe, now is it just my imagination or was he wearing a First Contact style Starfleet uniform? And if so, since this would be a "future" style of uniform as DS9 crew were still wearing the Class B uniform, could this actually be a Tuvok from the future somehow having crossed the time/dimension barrier? 

I can see how you thought that, but no, it is not a Starfleet unform
