>Ok I love the TNG episode "Data's Day" and everybody seems to hate that episode. I also love "Who mourns for Morn" from DS9 and most people I talk to generally don't like it.

>I just love the character episodes.

Ditto to the above. Both were funny, and "Data's Day" had seriousness to it as well.

>Anywho, mine is Spock's Brain. can never understand why this episode seems to be universally hated. I can't say I love it or that it's one of my faves, but there are worse, like And The Children Shall Lead.

>

Spock's Brain just asks the viewer to suspend their belief way too much - from his remote controlled body to the operation sequence - i have to say i'm included in the camp that has a real problem with it.

But it's true there are other episodes which are worse, as i've said elsewhere, i can't understand why more fire isn't turned on 'Catspaw', which is awful - i can't stand 'Miri' either

I like Spock's brain also. But TOS has a lot of episodes where you hacve to suspend disbelief really. Remeber when they left the galaxy in like the third episode of season 1. I'm trying to remember then name.

I like Star Trek V The Final Frontier. My 2 favorite parts are the campfire scene at the beginning, (if you pay attention there's a fart joke in there) and at the end when Kirk says "I lost a brother once." and Spock and McCoy are thinking he's talking about his brother Sam, who died on Deneva (in the TOS episode "Operation Annihilate"), but then he looks right straight at Spock and says "But I was lucky. I got him back"

And "Spock's Brain" is, like, so bad it's good. I like the part at the end where Spock is yakking on and on and on about this society and Bones says "I knew it! I never should have reconnected his mouth!". LOL, every time.
