I would have to say John De Lancie as Q. His episodes were always entertaining. Plus he brought Corbin Bernsen along one time. Boo ya.

Robert O'Reilly as Gowron and as a kid I enjoyed seeing Barclay come on the show even though the rest of my family disliked him.

If we're talking all ST series, I'd say Robert Walker, Jr. (Charlie X, TOS). That was a wonderful, well-developed, memorable performance by someone who was not a regular cast member.

If you're just talking TNG, I'd say Leonard Nimoy (Unification I and II). Just liked seeing him, and the episode was great.

Majel Barrett and Ashley Judd FTW!

I had heard that they wanted to bring back Ashley to play Robin Lefler in Nemesis and be Wesley's wife (or at least a serious girlfriend), but it just didn't happen. And then, of course, they cut Wesley's only scene, anyway. Lame.

Heh, Kirsten Dunst before she became a teenager and got annoying. I obviously cannot pick just one person, here.
