Star Trek

I've read the books.  I was really taken back by the events in "Before Dishonor".   The whole thing was really just over the top as other's have mentioned (Pluto anyone?).   I have continued to read the Voyager novels which have come out after her 'death' for two reasons.

1.  I loved Voyager

2.  Janeway was taken to the Continuum, so while it appears to those in the novels who loved her that she lost her life.. there's the very strong chance of her one day returning.

It's also why I joined the BBKJ group, and why I will read the next novel when it is released.  I won't buy it new..  I'll wait and get it from a used book store so that I can in my own small way protest Janeway's absense by making sure that my money goes to a local used book store to support it's business, while not giving my money to Pocket Books in the process.
