Just a friendly game of what if? I think things would have be pretty interesting!

2 doctors are confusing. A character in New Frontier met Dr Who and was confused when she met the Doctor in Blind Man's Bluff. I attended a reading PD did of that chapter before it was published. It took me a few minutes to catch the joke.

Really? Lol! I still have to catch up on New Frontier. I've only read the first one. I am definitely looking forward to it now.

She'd probably find him annoying at first -- a smug Englishman with an eccentric outfit and a young woman tagging along, at least one of them an arrogant know-it-all. Actually, I think Dr Who and Voyager's Doctor would be the most interesting to watch: both can be arrogant know-it-alls, so they'd either hate each other or become best friends. Harry Kim would doubtless fall in love with the Doctor's companion, regardless of who it happens to be. Tuvok would have a fit.

I agree! And hey, we will then find out for sure if Voyager being smacked in the Delta Quadrant was surely a static event in time because that'll determine if the Doctor helps them get home. Either way, I'm sure he'd find a way to improve their journy. I could see him and B'Elanna coming to blows...

I think it would make for an interesting crossover, however Janeway seemed to always get flustered with beings who clearly knew more than she did.

Are you sure it isn't time for a colorful metaphor?

What about a Voyager and Mickey Mouse crossover? Or a Voyager and 3 musketeers crossover?

I don't get it. Why a crossover? It adds no value to Star Trek. Quiete the opposite. Leave Star Trek alone, it's good as it is.

Well the OP did start off saying it was a friendly game of what if. It doesn't hurt to wonder how a couple of your unrelated favorite things would go down just for kicks. And its about harmless fun not trying to take away or add anything to Trek. I for one am looking forward to the Dr. Who/TNG comic that's coming out in a couple of months and I found the Star Trek/X-Men comics interesting too.
