Star Trek

I never go into the News, Videos, Database, Galleries or Store areas. I basically stick to the boards. Do these areas have enhanced features or something?

I'm asking because I can't believe how bad this board is after all this time. I still get random errors when I sign in and even post. There's still no PM. When you click on a topic you are still brought to the very first post. There's no indicator of which topics I've posted in, and the smilies are horrible, etc.  So I figured maybe the features in the other areas are really good and that's why we have to put up with the boards being so crappy.

You ought to have a look at the galleries.

I've had multiple problems with posting/logging in when I joined a few weeks ago.  Problems seem to have been fixed.  This is the first Trek board where there is not a p.m. option.  I've viewed better databases on Trek Core and TrekBBS.  I am surprised at how little activity the boards get here.  I can log on to Trekbbs and there are always several mod's online as well as 30-40 members plus.
