I am torn as to which one I liked the best. I think this concecpt was very popular among the fans.

If I had to pick one, I would pick "In a Mirror Darkly". I really enjoyed how they tied it into TOS and Hoshi was great!

I picked "In a Mirror Darkly" as well. It does pay homage to TOS. And I just enjoyed the episodes.

But the TNG book "Dark Mirror" would have been a good tv episode and that would have been hard for me to decide.

I like Crossover. The only one of those I haven't seen is "Mirror, Mirror".

In A Mirror Darkly.

Mirror, Mirror gave us a great premise. DS9 killed it again and again and again...

Then the god awful Enterprise  brought it back and did it right.

It has to be 'Mirror Mirror' for me. The classic was just loads of fun, and especially funny nowadays, watching Sulu agressively hit on Uhura. ENT's Mirror episodes were among the best they did, fully capitalizing on their position as a prequel to TOS, rather than a super prequel to TNG.

Crossover had a great initial story, in line with the DS9 mentality of consequences. However, the beat that horse to the ground rather quickly. Limited, accidental interaction between the Prime and Mirror worlds are how it works best. When you can simply reprogram a transporter to beam you over from the Mirror Universe, then you've gone to far.

^^I must admit I concur with the above.

I think DS9 revived the Mirror Universe (which was a good thing), but I think they did prolong it a little too long.

Still it was a popular concept amongst the fan.

"Mirror, Mirror". The original and best. The ENT and DS9 episodes were mostly just camp for the sake of camp; nothing too wrong about that, but it's TOS that actually had the idea -- the later shows just repeated it.

"Mirror, Mirror" because it was the original. I liked seeing Spock with a Goatee and that he was basically the same Spock in that Universe that his counter part in the regular universe was. And the two piece dresses.

My favorite was "In a Mirror, Darkly", as it better explained what was tantalizing revealed to us in "Mirror, Mirror". I think "Crossover" was good too, but I think they really screwed up the mirror universe by getting rid of the Terran Empire. The main ememies throughout all of DS9 were the Klingons and the Cardassians, and when we finally get to the mirror universe where the humans should be bad guys instead of good guys, we instead get...Klingons and Cardassians again. Sigh.

Yeah I guess that's kind of true - DS9 mirror episodes were fun at first but there was no real need to revisit them. (Although I still like Crossover.)
