Hells yeah I'd take the power! Then I'd misuse it and get it revoked! If you'd end up being bored with limitless power, then the universe wasn't that amazing to begin with. There is no way that any human would turn that down.

Well, that is a very tricky question.... If you were to accept Q's offer to becoming one of the Q, you would eventually lose the human element of learning and discovering new things. And that, is a major part of the adventure of humanity.

I wouldn't accept his offer, but would be SORELY tempted!

Watch TNG "Tapestry". A do-over might not necessarily be a good idea.

I would. You have to treat it like retirement, though. Do stuff as you feel but don't meddle too much as it can have dire consequences. Those of you on the absolute power corrupts riff need to get a grip. Q is & was never truly a villain. He's motivated by curiosity. He's not concerned because death has no meaning for him. If you think about it, he's basically an explorer much like those on Enterprise (and DS9 that once and do not forget Voyager).

Q himself, maybe. But the Continuum tried twice to exterminate humanity just because they weren't evolving fast enough for them. And don't get me started on Q's son.
