I loved it.  It was interesting to hear a behind the scenes perspective with such candor, how much of a strain it put on their personal lives, and what they got out of it.

Watched it last night, great insight into one of the most recognizeable roles in Television History, The Captain on a Star Trek show.


It was intersting to see each Actor share their unique experiences with Star Trek and discuss the difficulties they faced personally with Friends and Family while their respective shows were in production.
