The Delvins from Farscape, I like the idea of a plant species.

Something like Rygel XVI or Pilot, an animitronic character, something that looks truly alien and while completely alive and engaging also from Farscape.

The "Newcomers" from Alien Nation, I liked their eating habits and culture that was developing on the show.

The Minbari from Babylon 5, mostly because I liked their head bones.

The Pak'ma'ra also from B5, they were carrion eaters and I'd like to see how Trek races handle that.

The Taelons, from Final Conflict, I like the look and mannerisms and that they were energy beings.

Maybe the Magog or Wraith from Andromeda and Atlantis, because it would be interesting to see Starfleet deal with a race whose very nature makes them dangerous and irrdeemable. Unlike the Borg, who were themselves victims.

This is more about the storyline than the race but on Crusade, the race that intercepted human TV and started immulate humans of yesteryear and the whole govt conspiracy angle too.

well isn't Q pretty much like the "Doctor" anyway, just not as kind.

I still say a wookie, just imagine a vulcan pulling some logic comment on a wookie and the wookie pulling off the vulcans arm     aaaarrrrrggggghhhhhh!

I say Treecats from the Honorverse. Lethal little empathic pinwheels of destruction with a clan structure. Plus, who wouldn't want to see a betazoid and a treecat bond? super-powerful telepathic being anyone?

How about the High Commander and his crew from 3rd Rock from the Sun. They mistake Kirk for the Big Giant Head. 

Yes, I could see [the Cylons] cooking up something nasty with the Borg.
