I think Kirk's chair from Star Trek VI looked the most comfy.
Are you sure it isn't time for a colorful metaphor?

Honestly?
None of them look like they were designed for comfort.

I got to sit in the mockup of Picard's chair at Star Trek: The Experience, and it was quite comfortable. The novel Dark Mirror had a good point about this, though: when Picard sat in the alternate universe's captain's chair, he found it too comfortable, and had to resist the urge to fall asleep.
I laugh at the EntB's, though. Looks like they pulled it out of some car in the junk yard.

The D's second version, definitely. I sat in a TOS replica. Not comfortable at all.

I think the E looks the most comfortable. The TOS chair looks the worst.

I like the nice, firm leather feel to the TOS version. Plus the controls make it easy to give commands without jerking around. Don't forget that it also spins, something some of the chairs don't do (which is why Picard and Janeway are always craning their necks around).

The Defiant's chair spins. And the reason I know that is from the episode For the Uniform -- Sisko was forever spinning 180 degrees every time he communicated with that holographic Eddington!

I don't despise them -- I mean they're (nominally at least) built for functionality. Mind you those hand controls seem custom designed for carpal tunnel!

Defiant's chair reminds me of a car chair.

That's because it probably is. It looks like it's 50/50 custom vs. reappropriated.
This is just a guess, but:
Custom:
NX-01
1701 (I think...could be an old leather couch seat for all I know)
Abrams 1701
1701 refits
1701-Ds
1701-E
Reappropriated:
1701-As (office chair)
1701-B (car chair)
Defiant (car chair)
Voyager (car chair)

(And the most important question is: why don't they have memory foam in the future?)

Well... They are vehicles.
Looking at those, the Defiant's seems to be the most practical for its purpose.

Seeing as I'm in the middle of rewatching all the TNG-era series on Netflix, I've found myself repeatedly asking the question: what have they shoved into those consoles to make them exploding death traps every time someone points a laser pointer at the ship?
