I would have to say in Amok Time when he smiles at the fact that Kirk was still alive.

In Amok Time everybody thought that Kirk was dead. Then Kirk says something, Spock turns around and says "Jim!" with a HUGE smile. And for two seconds Spock is just so happy, because he realizes that friendship and comradery and brotherhood are so much more important than his Vulcan logic.

In "This Side of Paradise" when he's hanging upside down in a tree. And admits that he was happy and he could love someone.

I think Spock's most human moment was when he refused to shoot Cybock because they were friends in the Final Frontier

I like it when he smiles in Amok time. I also like it when he pets the cat...
And when he climbs the tree like a sloth. Only humans are that weird. Well.. and sloths..
Resistance is futile. You will all love Star Trek.

Yes, but Spoke was under the influence of the spores at that time. A great episode non the less. In the end Spock tells Kirk that it was the first time in his life that he could say that he was in love. How human is that?

Most aliens in Star Trek can fall in love. It's not typically human. Nor is Spock being glad his best friend is alive. You would have to look for something that the other races don't do to see what is his most human moment. Or it would just be his least vulcan moment.
Resistance is futile. You will all love Star Trek.

Sorry, your memory of the episode is a bit off.
At the end Spock tells Kirk that it was the first time in his life that he could say that he was HAPPY

I don't know about Spock, but I balled my eyes out when Spock dies in Wrath of Khan. All the situations that transpired between Kirk and Spock in all the episodes came flooding back and was emotionally overwelming. I guess I'm just a big softy.
