Withot a doubt I would have to say that I found T'Pring to be the most beautiful female character ever in TOS. So stunning

I liked the unnamed Romulan commander who courted Spock. Joanne Linley was a very lovely lady back in the 60s. Not far behind would be both Uhura, Rand and Chapel.

Trivia note; although the name of the Lady Romulan Commander is not revealed in the TOS episode The Enterprise Incident, it is revealed in the books of the fourth year of the five year mission as Liviana Charvanek,

You have to be careful with those non-canon names, as they can change as easily as the wind. In the 70's and 80's no one could settle on a first name for Sulu.

I for one find her given name in the novel less interesting than 'The Romulan Commander'.
