I agree, i'm not an expert in such a field but I say our technology is still incredible primitive for what we can achieve as a race. 

As for seeing more things on the light spectrum, that would take a lot of sleepless nights, smarts and the odd case of beer to get us to where we want to go. I hope we do see the invisible. I mean it would be awesome to see the undetectable 

Agreed. I think it will take decades if not centuries to develop advanced enough technology unless the planet works together as a whole to achieve it.

On a side note, I would like X-Ray vision. Imagine the uses!
