Sigh 47% didn't pay Federal income taxes this article doesn't change that fact.  Payroll taxes do not count because all of that money goes to pay medicare, social security and medicaid and do not pay for most of government functions.  Besides how many of these people got a tax refund higher than what their payroll tax was due to things like the earned income tax credit.

I can't take anything from a person who wants to put people he disagrees with in an oven and roast them alive seriously.
