Crusher: I`ve sent a medical team to your location, they should be there any second

Reade: -laying on one of the beds-

Crusher: -to Riker- She has a nasty bump on her head, and a possible concussion, but she should be fine

Riker: What could cause something like this.

Crusher: Well, she has a bruise on her chest in the shape of a hand, so my guess is that someone pushed her hard enough for her to smack her head on the floor quite hard. But the only on whos strong enough to do that is Data, and we both know he wouldnt do that

LaForge: Dont be so sure about that doctor. I was down in engineering with Ensign Reade and Data while she examined his circuitry and she installed an emotions chip. Shortly after he was reactivated the emotions overtook him and he ran away.

Crusher: -injects Reade with something- Well, lets see exactly what happened

Reade: -eyes flutter open- Ugh, what happened

Crusher: We were hoping you could tell us

Reade: -thinks for a moment- DATA! -sits up really fast- He went out of control, it was the emotion chip!

Crusher: You need to lie down

Reade: No! We have to stop him! I cant believe this is happening, he told me Data would be perfectly fine.

Riker: Who told you Data would be fine?

Reade: I dont remember his name, but he came to Betazed. And we all thought he was Data, he looked like Data, but he wasnt Data. He had emotions. i told him I would be starting on the Enterprise soon and he told me to instal that emotion chip in Data. He said it would help him, it would give him exactly what he wanted. I cant believe I was so stupid, im so sorry -all said really fast-

LaForge: Looked like Data? That sounds almost like Lore.

Reade: That was it! That was his name!

Riker: Sounds like Lore is up to his old tricks again.

Reade: -gasps, shudders, and collapses-

Crusher: -scans with tricorder- Theres something on her skin where Data pushed her -to LaForge and Riker- Out, I need to remove her shirt to see what it is

--5 minutes later--

Crusher: Alright, you can come back in -holding peitrie dish-

Riker: Whats wrong with her Doctor

Crusher: I think its some sort of virus that was installed in the emotion chip. I believe its transferred by touch, even through clothing. We really need to stop Data before the whole ship collapses into a coma

Riker: We need to put the ship on full alert before anything else bad happens
